Fallujah, a bloody fata morgana of many similar genocides to come

A while ago, during the American elections, we quoted Orwell, warning the peoples of the USA about what 'Big Brother' Bush and his fascist, military consorts have in mind for them ... and for the rest of the world:

"We shall crush you down to the point, from which there is no coming back. ... Never again will you be capable of ordinary human feeling. Everything will be dead inside you."

Never again will you be capable of love, or friendship, or joy of living, or laughter, or curiosity, or courage, or integrity. You will be hollow. We shall squeeze you empty, and then we shall fill you with ourselves."

Meanwhile, independent sources, especially the World Socialist Web Site (WSWS), inter alia, are reporting about the horrendous war crimes that are being committed in Iraq, in fact about the genocide in Fallujah:

"The US assault on Fallujah is a criminal and barbaric operation. The descriptions of the thrust through Fallujah’s northern suburbs make clear the city is being destroyed, and its poorly-armed defenders slaughtered, by 10,000 American soldiers over whom all moral constraints have been lifted."

This fascist "world of fear and treachery" of merciless US Corporate Imperialism of the 21st Century, Orwell predicted as follows:

"A world of fear and treachery and torment, a world of trampling and being trampled upon, a world which will grow not less but MORE merciless, as it refines itself. Progress in our world will be progress towards more pain. ... In our world, there will be no emotions except fear, rage, triumph and self-abasement. Everything else we shall destroy."

This is Fallujah, a bloody fata morgana of many similar genocides to come.

In spite of our militant optimism and optimistic militancy, about our revolutionary hopes, we should not ignore current historic world realities. In fact, history has shown over and over again what happens when empires decay, and what the omnipotent ruling classes are capable of committing. They use religion, morals, ethics, "human values," "happiness," "social welfare," "liberty," "world peace" or "social justice" for their own megalomaniac and kleptocratic ends, but they themselves never ever dream about applying any one of these.

With nothing whatsoever you can appeal to their "souls," "hearts" or "feelings" -- they possess none of them. They never step down peacefully from their thrones, you have to remove them with the only language that they themselves have created, and which they understand very well.

Q.E.D.: Current Iraq, Fallujah!

Humanity, the human species, billions of obsolete manual labor forces, especially in the so-called "Third World", are in imminent danger. The reason is not only what is currently happening in the Mideast, but what is occurring across the whole planet, whose life is practically already condemned to extinction, unless an emancipatory "miracle" still happens.

Very few people want to get to the root of all evil, to identify the real world system, to see the true, alienating process of production, to analyze its labor matrix. Trans-historically, Labor ... the divine "curse" that came from ancient "Iraq," from "Paradise" ... Laboring, its gruesome exploitation has thrown us onto this bloody, torturous Via Crucis towards current global Golgotha, towards Bush's North American World Empire, towards Fallujah. This demonic world system is world capitalism alias "globalization," its quintessence is Alienated and Alienating Labor -- the arch-enemy of Creativeness, Creativity, of Human Creation.

Now, even when world capitalism is already demolishing itself, beginning with blowing up its own "Twin Towers" ... and ending up with the genocide of billions, for the sake of humanity, in defense of planetary life itself, very few workers' movements, organizations and progressive countries openly and radically demand the immediate annihilation of the world capitalist system, of Labor, of Production, that exploits, dominates, discriminates, militarizes and alienates.

This is what the latest stage of Labor, Capital, Capitalism, have done across the last millennium.

Not because they are special or superior -- objectively -- rather because they live in the very lion's den, simply because they can bring about immediate, concrete changes and reap effective results, the millions of metropolitan workers, physical and intellectual ones, have the human duty to say NO to world fascism, to declare themselves unconditionally in solidarity with all the "outcasts" in the "Third World" that currently bear the brunt of the North American Nazi onslaught.

Of course, this sounds very "utopian," even "Euro- and Americo-Centric," even "Marxist," however, there is no other way anymore, to concretely and earthly stop this global monstrosity. Feudalist, absolutist prayers, passive hopes, "democratic" beliefs, sit-ins, hunger strikes, peace talks, group conferences, commissions -- as sincere, human and welcome they all are -- did not stop capitalism, colonialism and imperialism in their inexorable forward march across the ages.

Secondly, Latin America, Asia, Africa, Oceania, the Caribbean, all have had their heroic colonial struggles and revolutions, have developed emancipatory paradigms, how to fight against world fascism.

We should refresh our historic social memory and consciousness, apply our dearly gained methods and practices of justified, legitimate human resistance.

Finally ... here in Venezuela ... over the last five years, time and time again, the Venezuelan people, especially the "poorest of the poor" have demonstrated how to fight against local and international bandits, tyrants and dictators, against North American fascism.

We have an even greater historical responsibility; together with the Afghanis, Iraqis and Palestinians, etc., we are currently at the vanguard of concrete, direct resistance against Corporate America.

However, we should not forget that the corruption of the best is the worst corruption in history, on earth. However, also the Left, the Marxists, should not forget what one of the fathers of scientific and philosophic socialism, Friedrich Engels, in his "Dialectics of Nature" has warned us about:

"... only the human being has been able to imprint his stamp on nature, by not only displacing plants and animals, but by changing the climate of his place of residence and even modifying the fauna and flora in such a manner, that the consequences of his actions can only disappear with the universal extinction of the whole terrestrial globe." (1875).
